The Lahore-Karachi Motorway will also be extended to Sigian Road and Main Ravi Bridge. Moreover, the Esaan Sharqpur Interchange at Abdul Hakim Motorway is also part of these projects.

“This will save fuel and create employment opportunities,” the PM said.

He continued by adding, “Approximately Rs 50 billion will be spent on these development projects,” the PM added.

PM Shehbaz, while referring to former PM Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification, said the journey towards development led by Nawaz Sharif was sabotaged in 2018, adding that his heart cries while thinking about past events.

Shehbaz also recalled the time when the PTI chief accused him of bribing the youth when he gave way to laptops. He continued by adding that these were laptops, not Kalashnikovs.
