ISLAMABAD: In a strategic move aimed at bolstering their governance prospects, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders have announced that Shahbaz Sharif will be the party’s prime ministerial candidate.

Notably absent from the candidacy roster is Nawaz Sharif, as PML-N leader Khawaja Asif announced the candidature earlier in the day. PML-N’s Attaullah Tarar also corroborated Khawaja Asif’s statement in a press conference.

“Let’s analyse our own mistakes, open our hearts, and engage in honest discussions rooted in truth and prudence,” Rafique urged, while invoking divine support for the nation’s welfare.
