ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has raised concerns over the alleged manipulation of election results following what it described as an “unprecedented voter turnout.”
In a statement posted on social media platform X, the party has urged voters to actively engage by visiting their respective polling stations to safeguard the integrity of the electoral process.
The PTI expressed apprehensions over the withholding of election results and claimed that there are efforts underway to tamper with form-45. The party stressed the importance of protecting the votes cast by Pakistani citizens and called on them to be vigilant.

The statement also highlighted complaints received regarding the instructions given to PTI polling agents to collect form-45 from the Returning Officer (RO) office, contrary to the legal requirement of collecting it from their designated polling stations. Despite these challenges, the PTI urged supporters to remain calm and vigilant amidst attempts to disrupt the polling process.
Meanwhile, Sher Afzal Khan Marwat called on supporters to come outside polling stations in an attempt to prevent rigging.
In the post on X, he said “Attention!!! P[TI] workers and supporters, please gather outside your polling stations and do not leave unless results are announced. Rigging takes place in last moment, support the counting teams and stand united, stop power misuse!”
