PTI intra-party elections on Feb 5

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is set to hold its intra-party election on February 5, as announced by PTI Federal Election Commissioner Rauf Hassan.

 PTI appointed Rauf Hassan as the Federal Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for the intra-party elections in the general body meeting of the party held in four provincial capitals including Islamabad.

According to the released schedule, nomination papers will be received and submitted starting tomorrow (February 2).

Scrutiny of the nomination papers is scheduled for February 3, with appeals on objections to be heard on February 4.

The final list of candidates will also be released on February 4, paving the way for the election to take place on February 5.

This election process marks a significant step in the democratic functioning of the PTI, allowing party members to participate in the selection of their leadership through a transparent and structured electoral process.
