ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Col (retd) Hashim Dogar has announced his decision to join the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) led by Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan.

According to the sources, the two MPs also held ministerial portfolios when the PTI was in power in Punjab.
Insiders familiar with the matter have disclosed that thorough deliberations and consultations have transpired between the three PTI leaders and the leadership of IPP, which includes Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan.
These discussions have reportedly delved into matters of shared goals, ideologies, and strategic approaches.
Moreover, sources have emphasised that each of the three PTI leaders boasts a distinct and significant voter base within their respective constituencies.
This factor is poised to bolster the IPP’s drive for expanded influence and public support.
