ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) senator Barrister Ali Zafar revealed that the case file had been handed over to government lawyers just a day ago in the ongoing Cipher Case.

Senator Ali Zafar, representing a key role in the legal proceedings, disclosed that only after brief proceedings the verdict was announced, adding that admission of guilt potentially leads to a reduced sentence.

Senator Ali Zafar, speaking on behalf of PTI, expressed dissatisfaction with the recent decisions, asserting that four out of the five commandments of law and justice have been rejected within a span of five days.

Ali Zafar indicated confidence in challenging and overturning the punishment awarded in the Cipher Case, suggesting that the legal battle is far from over.

As the legal drama surrounding the Cipher Case unfolds, the public awaits the written decision and the subsequent legal proceedings in the IHC.
