Speaking outside the court in Islamabad, PTI Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan said that the party will be challenging the verdict in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

He said there was no technical aspect in the Nikkah in Iddat case but he alleged that the case was handled ‘politically’. Kanwal Shauzab said that Bushra Bibi was dragged into the case.

“Justice was required in the case in which there is no complication. As this is the case was between husband and a wife,” Omar Ayub said.
