Raoof Hasan hit by blunt object: medical report

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad police on Thursday received the medical report of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Raoof Hasan, who was injured in an attack in Islamabad on Tuesday.

According to the report, Raoof Hasan was struck by a blunt object. It further stated that he received initial medical assistance from the Pakistan Air Force Hospital.

The medical report did not specify the depth of the wound. Due to the presence of stitches, the exact depth could not be determined.

The report also mentioned that blood samples and fingerprints have been sent to Lahore for identification, and CCTV footage of the attack site has been sent to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for analysis.
