Rawalpindi Metro announces Eid schedule; Peshawar BRT extends hours

RAWALPINDI/PESHAWAR: Punjab Mass Transit Authority has announced the schedule of Rawalpindi Islamabad Metro Bus Service for Eid-ul-Fitr.

The bus service will remain operational during Eid holidays. On Day 1 of Eid (Monday, March 31, 2025), the service will start service at 9 AM and will continue until 10 PM.

From second day onwards, the bus service will be operational as per its schedule from 6 AM to 10 PM. Only on Day 1, the service will begin with a delay of three hours.

PESHAWAR BRT INCREASES SERVICE HOURS

Meanwhile, Peshawar BRT bus has announced extending operating hours by one hour on chaand raat (Sunday).

BRT service will continue to operate until 11 PM on Sunday, BRT spokesperson said, adding that the bus service will begin at 10 AM on the first day of Eid (Monday).

On the second and third day of Eid, the BRT service will revert to the previous schedule as well.
