School van falls into ditch, two dead

ABBOTTABAD: Two people have died, including a child, when a school van fell into a ditch near Nawan Shahr in Abbottabad on Wednesday morning.

According to rescue sources, a school van transporting children from Bagnotar to a school in Abbottabad fell into a ditch near Nawan Shahr.

As a result of the accident, two people, including the driver and a child, died in the accident while 11 were injured.

The injured and the deceased have been shifted to a nearby hospital, according to rescue sources.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
