Senate by-elections: polling ended, vote count underway

ISLAMBAD: Vote counting is currently underway for the by-elections on six vacant Senate seats following the conclusion of polling at 4pm.

The elections are taking place for one vacant seat in Islamabad, two general seats from Sindh, and three seats from Balochistan.

Elections are being held for one seat in Islamabad, two in Sindh, and three in Balochistan.

In Islamabad, a total of 301 members of the National Assembly cast their votes. In Karachi, Sindh, a total of 124 votes were cast in the provincial assembly.

In Quetta, Balochistan, out of 62 members, 61 cast their votes in the provincial assembly.
