Seven ‘Fitna-al-Hindustan’ terrorists killed in Balochistan: ISPR

Three Indian-proxy BLA terrorists eliminated in Balochistan: ISPR

WEB DESK: Security forces conducted intelligence-based operations in Balochistan’s Kech and Kalat districts, killing seven militants belonging to the alleged India-backed group Fitna-al-Hindustan, the military’s media wing said on Tuesday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the militants were targeted after credible intelligence indicated their presence in the area. A heavy cache of arms was recovered from the slain terrorists, who were described as “foreign-sponsored elements.”

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended security forces for eliminating 7 terrorists belonging to ‘Fitna-e-Hind’ during recent operations.

“The nation stands united with our armed forces in foiling the nefarious designs of Fitna-e-Hind,” the Prime Minister stated. He vowed to continue the fight against terrorism until it is completely eradicated from the country.

The operation saw intense exchanges of fire between security forces and the militants, resulting in the destruction of their hideouts. At least two of the militants were neutralised in Kalat alone, the ISPR stated.

The military accused the group of receiving support from India, reiterating its resolve to counter what it called “externally sponsored terrorism.” The ISPR further warned that not only militants but also their facilitators would be held accountable.

The latest operation comes amid heightened counter-terrorism efforts in Balochistan, where security forces have recently engaged in multiple actions against insurgent groups. Authorities have long accused foreign intelligence agencies of backing militant activities in the province — a claim India has consistently denied.

The Prime Minister accused the terrorist group of receiving Indian support and involvement in destabilizing Balochistan. “These terrorists, backed by India, are responsible for creating unrest in the province,” he said.

PM Sharif reaffirmed the government’s determination to counter all threats to national security and bring perpetrators to justice.

No casualties among security personnel or civilians were reported in the latest operation.
