The court ruled in favour of the daughter of a SC judge after reviewing the evidence and arguments presented during the hearing.

Earlier, the court had reserved its decision following the completion of proceedings in the case in which Shanzay’s lawyers had argued that the police registered the case 11 days after the incident and also failed to prove that their client was responsible for the accident.

Judicial Magistrate Adnan Yousaf after examining the facts concluded that due to lack of evidence against Shanzay Malik she is cleared of all charges against her.
