Sher Afzal Marwat ‘rejects’ PTI political committee’s decision about PAC chief slot

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and member of National Assembly (MNA) Sher Afzal Marwat has rejected the party’s political committee’s decision to replace him with Sheikh Waqas Akram as the candidate for the chairmanship of the National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Marwat said that he will meet the PTI founder tomorrow and will inform him about the ‘fraud’ committed using his name.

Earlier today it was reported that the political committee of PTI will inform Imran Khan tomorrow about the decision of replacing Marwat’s name.
