Supreme Judicial Council to hear complaints against judges

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Judicial Council is scheduled to hold a crucial meeting tomorrow, with Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa presiding over the session. In this anticipated gathering, a range of pending complaints against judges is set to be on the agenda, according to reliable sources.

These unresolved complaints, numbering more than two dozen, have been a matter of concern within the legal and judicial community.

The Supreme Judicial Council, which serves as the highest constitutional body to investigate and address allegations against judges, will deliberate on these cases with utmost gravity.

Among the members of the Council expected to participate in the session are Justice Tariq Masood and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan. Moreover, Chief Justices from the Lahore High Court and Balochistan High Court are also part of the Council.
