Three member bike lifter gang apprehended

ISLAMABAD: In a significant operation, the Tarnol police have apprehended three individuals suspected to be part of a notorious bike lifter gang, which had been actively involved in motorcycle thefts.

As a result of the operation, six motorbikes along with spare parts were successfully recovered from their possession.

Old enmity claims three lives

A spokesperson for the police indicated that this operation was conducted in accordance with the special directives of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan. The primary objective was to crack down on criminal elements and ensure the safety of citizens’ lives and property.

The Tarnol police unit, leveraging both technical and human resources, managed to track down and apprehend three individuals who were wanted in connection with motorcycle thefts. The suspects have been identified as Gul Khan, Muhammad Hassan, and Nasir Khan.

In addition to the arrests, law enforcement authorities also seized six stolen motorbikes and assorted spare parts from the possession of the suspects. Cases have been registered against the detained individuals, and a comprehensive investigation is currently in progress.
