ISLAMABAD: The high-profile Toshakhana scam case hearing, involving a staggering 190 million pounds, has been adjourned until November 15 by the Accountability Court in Islamabad. This development comes as the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) investigation officer submitted a significant statement during the ongoing legal proceedings.
The NAB investigation officer’s statement, presented to the court, sheds light on the intricate details of the Toshakhana scam, involving embezzlement of a substantial sum of money. The statement is expected to be a crucial piece of evidence in the case.

During the proceedings, it was revealed that Bushra Bibi, a central figure in the case, may not require arrest, as stated in the NAB investigation officer’s written reply.
In the meantime, Bushra Bibi’s bail in both cases related to the Toshakhana scam has been extended until November 15. The decision to extend the bail suggests that the court is allowing more time for legal proceedings and investigations to unfold.
