Two children, policeman killed in firing incident in Lakki Marwat

LAKKI MARWAT: Two children and a policeman were killed when unidentified assailants opened fire on a moving vehicle near Karam Toll Plaza in Lakki Marwat,

According to the police, the vehicle targeted belonged to a police officer, Saadullah. Saadullah was travelling to Peshawar with his family early in the morning when he was targeted.

Saadullah, along with three children, sustained serious injuries in the attack. Unfortunately, Saadullah and two of the children succumbed to their injuries while being transported to the hospital. One child remains injured.

Miraculously, two women in the car escaped unharmed.

Police have cordoned off the area and initiated a search operation.
