Two terrorists killed in North Waziristan: ISPR

ISLAMABAD: At least two terrorists were killed by security forces during an intelligence-based operation in Waziristan on Friday.

According to a press releases issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was carried out on the information of the presence of terrorists.

During the operation, intense exchange of fire took place between the security forces and the terrorists. The security forces killed two terrorists identified as Abdullah Khadri and Khalid. The slain terrorists were involved in various terrorist activities including target killing of innocent civilians in the area.

A clearance operation is under way to eliminate possible terrorists in the area, ISPR said
