GUJRANWALA: A viral video on social media platform X, previously Twitter, showcases a young girl’s audacious theft of a motorcycle after deftly unlocking it. The incident, captured by a street camera situated in People’s Colony, Gujranwala, has ignited discussions about gender stereotypes, education opportunities, and criminal prowess.

In the video, the unidentified girl, her backpack slung casually over her shoulders, is seen discreetly surveying the surroundings before making her move.

With an air of calculated confidence, she selectively targets one of the two parked motorbikes on the street, suspected to be her school bag.

The young girl exhibits a momentary hesitation as she perches herself on the stolen motorcycle, seemingly awaiting any potential interruption from the legitimate owner.

However, her resolve remains unwavering as she employs a pin, presumably improvised as a lock-picking tool, to unlock the vehicle. Without missing a beat, she straddles the bike, kick-starts the engine, and accelerates away.

The video has fueled a multifaceted discourse on social media. Some online commentators are employing humor to suggest that girls are outperforming boys in various domains, including criminal activities.

Conversely, others are employing the incident as a springboard to shed light on the untapped potential and expertise hampered by the inadequate access to education and training within the nation, particularly for young women.

Counterarguments have also emerged, disputing the authenticity of the video. Certain skeptics propose that the figure depicted might be a boy disguised as a girl, committing motorcycle theft after proper training.
