WASHINGTON: The United States (US) Department of State Spokesperson, Matthew Miller, strongly stated that his country had nothing to do with the ouster of former Prime Minister, Imran Khan.
Speaking at a press briefing, Miller stated that United States had nothing to do with the internal matters of Pakistan; in particular, the allegations that the United States ordered the removal of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder.

“The United States has no involvement in the affairs of the PTI founder”, Miller stated.
The spokesperson said that the ongoing legal proceedings against Imran Khan were strictly a matter for the Pakistani judiciary.
Miller further added that “Political decisions in Pakistan are determined by its citizens in accordance with their constitution”.
The US State Department spokesperson also addressed the recet remarks of Canadian government against Indian Home Minister, Amit Shah.
Miller stated that the United States would hold discussions with its neighbours on the matter. He described them as “concerning”.
A Canadian official stated that the Indian Home Minster, Amit Shah, was behind the extrajudicial killing of its citizen, a Sikh separatist that advocated for the Khalistan movement.
An assassination was also attempted against a US citizen, who also supported the Khalistan movement.
