Wife of Vietnamese envoy goes missing

ISLAMABAD: Wife of Vietnamese envoy to Pakistan Nguyen Tien Phong has been reported missing, according to police sources.  

Police have launched a search operation after the call from the ambassador was received on 15.

The Vietnamese envoy told the police that his wife left for the beauty parlour three hours ago and she has neither  reached the parlor nor arrived back home and her phone is also unreachable.

According to police sources, earlier there was a disagreement between the ambassador and his wife.

Police in the jurisdiction of Margalla Police Station have started the search operation with the help of Safe City cameras.

SP city Khan Zeb has also reached the site to investigate the matter.
