GARHI KHUDA BAKHSH: President Asif Ali Zardari has highlighted the detrimental impact of a bureaucratic mindset in Islamabad and a lack of wisdom, attributing them to the country’s stagnation and poverty.

Addressing an event marking the death anniversary of former PM Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh, Zardari expressed, “I lead the party, gained presidency through the people’s support, and continue to rely on your strength. Your support sustained me even during incarceration.”

He emphasized that Pakistan’s destiny is not poverty; rather, the policies and perspectives of decision-makers in Islamabad have hindered progress. “Pakistan is endowed with resources; Allah has provided abundantly,” he added.
