PESHAWAR: In a concerning turn of events, Haider Shah, a candidate from Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) in PK-80 Peshawar, has made serious allegations regarding the mishandling of his ballot papers.
Shah claims that his ballot papers were not counted and were instead discovered among a pile of discarded materials. He asserts that there is video evidence to support his claims.
The alleged discovery of these ballot papers in a pile of dirt has raised questions about the integrity of the election process in PK-80 Peshawar.

Shah expressed dismay at the apparent injustice and demanded action from the District Administration, Election Commission, and even the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Responding to these allegations, the District Returning Officer (DRO) for Peshawar, Afaq Wazir, emphasized the importance of verifying such claims and urged the concerned candidates to lodge formal appeals with the Election Commission.
