SHANGLA: Bilawal Bhutto, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party emphasizing Pakistan’s difficulties has announced the introduction of a Youth Card to facilitate employment for young people.
Addressing a workers’ convention in Shangla, Bilawal Bhutto, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Shangla.
He highlighted the challenges faced by the Pakistani people, noting the deteriorating economic conditions.
Bhutto criticized politicians engaged in ego-driven politics for being out of touch with public issues and lamented the rise of divisive politics in the country.
He expressed concern that political discourse has devolved into personal enmity rather than a difference of opinions.
Bilawal Bhutto pointed out the ongoing politics of hatred and division, alongside the worsening economic crisis. He noted that politicians are still engaged in outdated political practices.
Rejecting the politics of insults and confrontations, he stated his pride in being the grandson of a leader who believed in the power of the people.
Bilawal Bhutto urges veteran politicians to step aside, advocates youth leadership
Bhutto emphasized that the PPP is the only party that claims to have no political opponents, focusing instead on fighting poverty and unemployment. He recalled his entry into politics at the age of 19 and maintained that his hands are clean of corruption and bloodshed. He vowed to double salaries in five years and change the country’s fate.
He criticized Nawaz Sharif’s stance on not questioning investors and recalled the accountability bureau’s actions against Benazir Bhutto. He pledged to provide skills and language training to the youth and mentioned the construction of 2 million homes for flood victims, criticizing the lack of support for those affected by floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
