This decision follows a letter from District and Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjumand to the IHC Chief Justice, seeking the transfer.
The need for the transfer arose after Khawar Manika, former husband of Bushra Bibi, raised objections against Judge Shahrukh Arjumand. Consequently, Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka has been appointed to preside over the case, ensuring a fresh judicial perspective.
