Khusro Bakhtiar quits politics

ISLAMABAD: Former federal minister Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar has formally retired from politics. Khusro Bakhtiar opted not to file nomination papers for any constituency in either the National or Provincial Assembly.

Bakhtiar served as the President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Southern Punjab and held significant ministerial roles in the PTI government. However, he has been residing abroad for the past one and a half years.
