KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) took foreign funding and there is evidence available for that, said Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Saeed Ghani. He said, “People sitting abroad are controlling PTI’s politics”.

The PPP leader said that PTI is getting support from countries that do not want to see Pakistan make any progress. “PTI wants to create chaos in the country,” he said, adding that the kind of resolutions being passed in America for PTI were not even passed for Kashmir or Palestine.

The minister said that despite spreading chaos, PTI is still getting support from somewhere. “PTI leaders and workers will get bails even after the Islamabad incident,” Saeed Ghani said while talking about the latest protest rally by PTI.

Speaking on the general political climate in the country, he said that there are always disagreements between political parties. “The federal government wants to build canals, but the PPP has reservations about it,” he said, adding that the PPP disagrees with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) over canals issue.
