Tanks, APCs among thousands of damaged vehicles restored by Taliban

KABUL: More than 2000 damaged military vehicles left behind by the, now defunct, Afghan National Army as well as US and NATO forces, have been repaired and restored to operational status by the Taliban interim government’s ‘Defence Ministry’, according to Khaama Press.
The report says the repair operation will enhance the mobility and operational capacity of the Taliban forces in Afghanistan.

The restored vehicles include tanks, armoured personnel carriers and other assorted military vehicles.
