MUMBAI: An International Cricket Council (ICC) delegation is expected to visit Pakistan in the coming days to assess preparations for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy.
A source close to the matter revealed that a few members from the ICC will arrive within the next 10 days to inspect key aspects of the tournament arrangements.
The visit holds substantial importance, as it is expected to pave the way for the official announcement of the tournament schedule and ticketing details.

“Right after the ICC delegation’s visit, we are hopeful that the schedule and ticket details will be announced,” the source told India Today’s sister channel Aaj Tak. “The process has already been delayed, so we expect ICC to make the announcement soon.”
Pakistan is on track with its preparations for hosting the event, with scheduled stadiums undergoing necessary upgrades.
“We have the budget allocated, and the preparations are moving according to plan. Now, it’s up to the ICC to decide,” added the source.
