Jofra Archer aims for comeback after injury setbacks

WEB DESK: England’s Jofra Archer, found himself in the spotlight as he works towards a comeback following a series of injuries that have kept him off the field for an extended period of time.

The English fast bowler is renowned for his speed and effectiveness in critical moments of a match.

Jofra Archer is reportedly on the road to recovery, with hopes of participating in the upcoming series against India and the 2025-2026 Ashes.

The fast bowler’s rehabilitation garnered  significant attention from fans and cricket officials. After undergoing elbow surgery  and managing a stress fracture in his back, he has reportedly been focused on regaining his ‘edge’ back.

The English cricketer’s absence from the Indian Premiere League (IPL) auction for 2025 hints at the bowler prioritising getting better over franchise cricket.  

He was named the most valuable player (MVP) in the IPL in 2020, as the bowler’s talent extends to batting, as well.
