National team’s coaches to meet PCB Chairman in Lahore

LAHORE: The coaches of the national cricket team are set to arrive in Lahore tomorrow to meet with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi.

Head coach Gary Kirsten from South Africa and assistant coach Azhar Mehmood will travel to Lahore from the UK.

Sources indicate that the coaches will brief the chairman on the reasons behind the national team’s poor performance in the T20 World Cup 2024. Following the World Cup, both coaches did not return to Pakistan with the team from the US.

Head coach Gary Kirsten has already submitted the World Cup report to Mohsin Naqvi ahead of their meeting.
