LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has imposed a ban on unnecessary trips by officials at the board’s expense.

According to details, PCB officials will no longer be able to undertake unnecessary trips at the board’s expense.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has enforced this ban, which applies to both domestic and international travel.

These trips incurred significant costs for the board, including travel and accommodation expenses, as well as allowances.

Sources reveal that some officials had made it a habit to find excuses for such tours, especially during the time of team series.

Taking notice of the situation, Chairman PCB took action and has banned all such unnecessary trips.

This decision has dashed the hopes of some officials who were looking forward to sightseeing in the USA under the guise of attending the World Cup.
