KARACHI: The West Indies women’s cricket team completed a clean sweep against Pakistan in the three-match ODI series, securing an 88-run victory in the final game at the National Bank Stadium, Karachi.
Building on their earlier victories, where they won by 113 runs and two wickets, the visitors maintained their strong form in the series finale.
Facing a target of 279 runs, Pakistan struggled to keep up with the required run rate. Early dismissals of Sadaf Shams (10) and Sidra Ameen (9) hampered their chase.
While Muneeba Ali and Bismah Maroof attempted to stabilize the innings with a 44-run partnership, a crucial breakthrough by Karishma Ramharack ended Maroof’s innings at 19.
