Olympic hero Arshad Nadeem reaches his hometown

MIAN CHANNU: The first bus of the convoy of national hero Arshad Nadeem has reached hos hometown Mian Channu.

A lunch celebration is also organised for Arshad Nadeem at Iqbal Nagar. Arshad Nadeem has travelled through Sahiwal, Chichawatni and Phool Nagar to reach his hometown.

Javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem is the first Pakistani to win a gold medal in Olympics games in over three decades. Yesterday, upon his arrival to Pakistan from Paris, a warm welcome was thrown in his honor by the political and sports dignitaries.

As per latest update’s Arshad Nadeem’s caravan has entered his native village Chak 101/15L. A large number of Mian Channu’s residents and fans of the gold medallist from other areas are also present alongside the caravan.
