The series is currently tied 1-1, following Pakistan’s surprise ten-wicket victory in the second ODI.
During the second match, Pakistan chased down a target of 146 runs in just 18.2 overs, with open Saim Ayub delivering a standout performance.
The opener chased an impressive 113 not-out.
The victory came after Zimbabwe had won the rain-affected first ODI by 80 runs using the DLS method.
However, the Men in Green face challenges ahead of the final match. Fast bowlers, Ahmed Daniyal and Shahnaeaz Dahani have been ruled out due to injuries sustained during training.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that both players will return to Lahore for rehabilitation.
Daniyal is dealing with a hamstring injury, while Dahani has hurt his left ankle.
The PCB replaced the injured bowlers with Abbas Afridi and Jahandad Khan, who are expected to join the squad in Zimbabwe ahead of the third clash.
