Tareen’s journey to the semis included a dominant second-round victory over Saif Irfan Ahson from the US, with a scoreline of 11-1, 11-2, 11-1. In the quarterfinals, he continued his winning streak by defeating India’s Vedant Chheda with a commanding 11-7, 11-2, 11-7 triumph. The next challenge awaits him in the form of Argentina’s Aaron Azaña.
