PCB announces three-year men’s central contracts list

Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday confirmed a three-year central contracts deal for players, spanning from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026. The contract, involving 25 cricketers, incorporates a share of ICC revenue and aims to promote fairness and transparency in player selection.

Increased Match Fees:

Test: 50 per cent increment
ODI: 25 per cent increment
T20I: 12.5 per cet increment

Centrally contracted players participating in domestic cricket will receive 50% of the international match fee and are permitted to play in two foreign leagues each season.

The financial model for this three-year contract will remain fixed, with player performance reviews conducted every 12 months. The agreement became effective on July 1, 2023, following the expiration of the previous central contract cycle on June 30.
