In the PSL draft, the PCB had already set am minimum purchase price of $200,000 for each foreign player.
The PSL governing council previously decided that when net broadcast revenue from the central pool reached Rs3 billion, $500,000 would be allocated annually for player payments.
Due to unutilised funds from the previous year, this amount has now increased to $1 million, which the PCB intends to use to support elite players.
