PSL commissioner Naila Bhatti resigns


PSL Commissioner Naila Bhatti

KARACHI: Naila Bhatti, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) commissioner, has resigned from her post.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has accepted Naila Bhatti’s resignation.

Naila, who was part of former PCB Chairman Najam Sethi’s team, resigned due to differences with the board officials, according to sources.

Yesterday, Dr Sohail Saleem, Director of Medical and Sports Sciences, had also tendered his resignation, which has been accepted by the PCB.

Saleem’s resignation came after PCB’s medical committee found negligence in pacer Ihsanullah’s injury treatment.
