Sixteen women were awarded contracts that are effective from 1 July 2024. Pakistan skipper Fatima Sana as well as wicket-keeper Muneeba Ali have been promoted to Category A, joining Sidra Amin. Sadia Iqbal has been moved to Category B, joining Nashra Sundhu. Sana, Ali, and Iqbal all demonstrated growth in their recent performances, leading to their promotion.
