PM approves four-day holidays for Eidul Azha

The federal government has declared a four-day public holiday for Eidul Azha, starting Friday, June 6, and ending Monday, June 9.

12,781 police officers and soldiers would be deployed to oversee security during Eidul Azha prayers across the city, the Additional Inspectors General of police (IG) Karachi announced on Saturday.

How many holidays to expect on Eidul Azha?

Holidays are officially set from June 17th to June 19th, but technically the break will start from June 15th since most government offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays that means five days of holidays can be expected.
