The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Governing Council, led by Chairman Zaka Ashraf of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee, is set to convene today at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) to finalize the venue for the upcoming PSL 9 season, scheduled from February to March.
