In a significant consolidation within the telecom sector, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has finalised a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the shareholders of Telenor Pakistan (Private) Limited (TPL) for the acquisition of 100 per cent shares at the value of Rs 108 billion ($385 million).
