Apple says it has approved Epic Games’ marketplace app

BRUSSELS: Tech giant Apple has now approved Epic Games marketplace app, the iPhone maker said on Friday after the “Fortnite” maker earlier in the day said Apple was hindering its attempts to set up a games store on iPhones and iPads in Europe.

Apple said the latest spat focused on Epic’s marketplace app and not its Fortnite app which it has already given the green light.
