WEB DESK: The release of GTA 6’s first trailer has sparked considerable excitement among Pakistani gamers and gaming enthusiasts worldwide.

Pakistani fans of Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto series, particularly those fond of GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, and GTA 4, are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to play the highly anticipated GTA 6.

Although the official price for GTA 6 has yet to be disclosed by Rockstar Games, the Pakistani gaming community has been buzzing with leaks and rumours over the past few months.

Many Pakistanis are keen to know the expected cost of GTA 6 upon its official release. While most GTA fans anticipate a price in line with other contemporary AAA titles, there is speculation that Rockstar Games might set a higher price for GTA 6.

Grand Theft Auto 6 stands as one of Rockstar Games’ most ambitious projects to date, with a development period spanning around ten years.

Despite the significant investment, it is suggested that the game’s cost in Pakistan should not exceed Rs20,000, based on industry trends.

Assumptions are made about special or collector’s editions costing slightly more, likely falling within the range of Rs28,500 to Rs34,000 in Pakistani currency.

However, there are social media discussions where some gamers fear that Rockstar Games might set a hefty Rs43,000 per copy for GTA 6.

This speculation gained traction after a reputed GTA 6 leaker claimed the studio had invested over $2 billion in the game’s development.

Despite such rumours, neither Rockstar Games nor its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, have officially commented on the pricing.

Some gamers also consider the possibility of Rockstar Games selling the single-player and multiplayer versions separately.

As the official release date approaches, GTA 6 is anticipated to become a major highlight in the gaming world, marking one of the most significant game releases in recent years.
