WEB DESK: Freshly leaked images have once again stirred excitement among Apple enthusiasts, as they provide a sneak peek into the highly anticipated iPhone 16 models.
Shared by Sonny Dickson on X, these images offer a tantalising glimpse into the design elements of the forthcoming flagship smartphones, giving eager fans a sense of what to expect from the iPhone 16 lineup.
The leaked images unveil four dummy models representing the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Plus, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Crafted from a single block of aluminum, these dummy models serve as crucial reference points for accessory manufacturers, ensuring precise compatibility with the final devices.
Of particular interest is the prominently featured “Capture” button, showcased across all four models.
This innovative addition is anticipated to wield significant control over various photography and videography functionalities, promising an enhanced user experience in capturing moments with the upcoming iPhone 16 series.
Moreover, the images hint at the potential size adjustments, with the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max appearing slightly larger.
Leaks suggest a rumored display size increase, possibly elevating the screen dimensions from 6.1 to 6.3 inches for the iPhone 16 Pro and from 6.7 to 6.9 inches for the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
In addition to size differentials, the images shed light on distinct features exclusive to certain models.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus showcase a vertical rear camera array alongside the Action button, whereas the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus retain the traditional mute switch.
Notably, while the Action button was introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max last year, its absence in the base models underscores potential distinctions in functionality across the iPhone 16 lineup.
Anticipation mounts as speculations swirl around the impending debut of the iPhone 16 series, slated for a fall release.
With each leak igniting fervor among tech enthusiasts, Apple’s next flagship promises to redefine smartphone innovation and captivate consumers with its cutting-edge features and design prowess.
