Fake ‘X’ account impersonating my son: Jemima

Web Desk: Jemima Goldsmith, the former wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, on Thursday clarified that an account on social media platform ‘X’ with her son’s name, Kasim Khan, name is fake.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, the British filmmaker requested her followers to report the account.

The fake account under the name of Kasim gained prominence following a series of posts expressing support for the former Prime Minister, Imran Khan, currently incarcerated in Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi.
“General Elections will be held in Pakistan soon, so in these difficult circumstances, it is our right to convey Imran Khan’s message to everyone and take full advantage of social media, so now I will use Twitter actively, need your support,” a post by the fake account read.
Previously, Jemima dispelled rumours regarding a fake account in her name on the popular video-sharing app ‘TikTok.’ In a post on ‘X’ she clarified that she is not using ‘TikTok’ and any account made in her name was fake.
