PESHAWAR: There are reports of the possible return to the political fold by the former chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTI-P) Pervez Khattak.

Sources close to the Khattak family reveal ongoing discussions between Khattak and various political entities, including the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP), indicating a potential shift in alliances.

In recent weeks, Khattak has been actively engaging with key leaders from different parties, indicating a strategic approach to his political re-entry. In response to queries about his future plans, Khattak maintained a cautious stance, stating that he would assess the prevailing political climate before finalizing his strategy. He emphasized his observance of the current government’s performance while remaining tight-lipped about his intentions.
