CNN reports Iranian state media announces ceasefire

TEHRAN/WASHINGTON: Iranian state media Iran National News Network has announced that a ceasefire has been imposed on the enemy, CNN reported on Tuesday.

As per CNN reports, the Iranian media has said that the ceasefire was imposed after the military response to the US aggression.

A ceasefire was imposed on the enemy due to the successful missile operation of the Revolutionary Guards in response to the US aggression and the exemplary steadfastness and unity of citizens in defending the territory, said Iranian state media as quoted by CNN.

The anchor of Iranian state media did not announce the time of the ceasefire, CNN added.
